https://eloxalprints.com (the "Website") is a website operated by Wegmann-Advisory Alternative Investments GmbH, registered in Switzerland (CH), registration number CH-170.4.014.995-6, with its registered office at Allmendweg 13, 6330 Cham, Switzerland. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of the website and the purchase of products.

By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the following terms:

 

1. CONTRACT CONCLUSION

By placing an order for a product on eloxalprints.com, you submit a binding offer to purchase. After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email. The purchase contract is only concluded upon delivery of the goods.

 

2. DELIVERY

We deliver worldwide, except to recipients listed on the SECO sanctions list (admin.ch).

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day after receipt of payment.

  • Delivery is subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, it will be reproduced and shipped within a maximum of four weeks.

  • If production is not possible, the purchase price will be refunded.

  • In case of delivery delays exceeding four weeks, we grant a discount equivalent to the SARON (Swiss Average Rate Overnight) + 10% p.a.

  • Packaging and shipping costs are included in the purchase price.

 

3. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided there is a defect.

  • The customer bears the return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

  • In the case of justified complaints (e.g., defective goods), a refund or replacement will be provided.

 

4. LIABILITY EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website unless caused by gross negligence or intent on our part.

 

5. DATA PROTECTION

We handle your data confidentially and do not disclose it without your consent unless required by law (please refer to our separate privacy policy).

 

6. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics).

 

7. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland.
